How it Works

Bidding

Our Auctions run weekly at specified times. You can click on each item up for auction to review features and details at any time before or during the auctions.

In addition to the live bidding, we have our BUY NOW option, which allows you to purchase the item before the live auction at a set price.

To place a bid, you must first create an account with us. Input your information, click on "Submit" and click on the verification email that is sent to you to activate your account. It is important to understand that you may bid on as many products as you like and continue to re-enter your bid amount until you are the highest bidder when the auction closes. The highest bidder at the end of the time limit will be awarded the product.


Payment

PAYMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY SUBMITTED USING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE. Payments must be made using all major US credit cards via our check-out page. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the product will be re-listed and your account may be SUSPENDED from all our future auctions.


Shipping or Pick-Up

We offer free pickups from our North Carolina warehouse located at 430 Neisler St, Shelby, NC 28152. Or you can opt to have your items shipped directly to you!

  • You MUST select what is your "Preferred Postage Method" under your account.
  • If you choose to have your items shipped to you, we will automatically add the shipping cost to your won items when processing your payment.
  • If you choose to pick-up your items, we will only charge for the items themselves and hold them until you come to pick them up.
  • You MUST SCHEDULE your pick-up within 7 business days of payment.
  • If the product is not picked up within 7 business days, the buyer is charged a $5 fee for every week it remains at the facility.
  • Items not scheduled to be picked up after 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be re-listed.
  • Quicklotz employees cannot load the products into your vehicle, please bring the help necessary for loading, including carts, dollies, etc. 

  • Item Conditions Overview

    We sell merchandise in a variety of conditions and we want our buyers to be fully informed on what they will be getting.

  • New: Products in NEW condition that are complete and in their original packaging and/or with tags.
  • Open-Box: Original package has signs of being opened, but the overall visual condition of the product seems clean. Product could have been handled before and minor accessories, manuals or tags could be missing.
  • Minor Imperfections: Product has minor blemishes, scratches, or flaws including missing buttons and zipper issues. Typically the items can be easily repaired, cleaned, or the imperfections are not very noticeable.
